Molibi Maphanyane, Managing Director
Molibi Maphanyane is Managing Director of FranklinCovey Botswana, which he joined as Operations and Marketing Manager before taking on the Managing Director role.
He leads with product and project management, stakeholder coordination, change management, and rollout and adoption, taking initiatives from planning through to live, day-to-day use.
He has advised on market entry across payment and health technology solutions, working on how those products enter and operate in new markets.
He holds certifications in product leadership, change management, venture capital and equity finance. He has participated directly in the African Impact Initiative and Pula Pitch, and has worked hands-on with incubators across Africa.
